Refund policy
At AMILLA Fine Jewelry, we follow Swiss law regarding returns and warranties.
- No exchanges or returns without defects: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, or style preference.
- Defective products: If your item is defective, you are entitled under Swiss law to:
- Cancel the purchase and receive a full refund,
- Keep the item and request a price reduction, or
- Request a replacement (if available).
- Warranty period: Defects can be reported within two years of delivery (one year for pre-owned items).
- Customer obligations: Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us in writing without delay if a defect is found. Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
This policy is governed by the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197–210 OR).
